Come along to our boxing sessions and burn off all that body fat as we punch, kick, bob, weave, and duck your way into a leaner and fitter you.

  • Increases muscle tone, agility, speed, endurance cardiovascular fitness, core, co-ordination and unlike most fitness activities your reflexes, reaction and balance is also improved.

For just $35 per week you can attend all 5 weekly sessions and increase your fitness levels, energise your body to tackle the day ahead and start the day on a high.

Boxing does not tend to add muscle bulk but instead will give you a leaner body due to the high repetitions.
