Body sculpting is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning session, usually focused on core strength. Our sculpting session include weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these discipline.

If you are after a lean and toned body, you cant beat boxing. The calorie expenditure and fat burning levels are elevated during boxing as it is a high intensity workout utilizing large muscle groups. Boxing does not tend to add muscle bulk but gives you more toning and definition as it involves high repetitions.
