What is it?
Bootcamp is a group fitness class that is inspired by traditional military training. It is designed to push you to your individual limits, whilst burning a ton of calories, and improving your functional strength and fitness. Unlike traditional military training, it will be done at your own pace, and in a fun supportive environment!
